Refund policy

I want you to love your order, truly. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we fix it

• Returns accepted: Non‑personalised items within 14 days of delivery

• Not eligible: Personalised or custom-made items (unless damaged or faulty)

• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Refunds  

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days once the item is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
